When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, the model you are interested in, your room size and any message you write. We do not collect payment data — this website has no checkout.
Why we use it
Solely to answer your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quotation. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box on the enquiry form.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted unless you have become a customer and we have a legal obligation to keep invoices.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. It is shared only with installers working on your project where that is necessary to carry out the work.
